SIDAC has established 5 Common Facility Centres (CFC) at Khandagiri on Applique Craft, Palm leaf & Patta Painting Craft, Terracotta craft, Stone Craft & Brass & Bellmetal Craft with the support of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India. The CFC building is constructed within an area of 02.002 acres having 6 blocks near Jayadev Batilka Khandagiri at Plot No.1214 of Ghatikia and Plot No-01 of Jagamara Mauja. The building is well equipped with electricity, water and sanitation facility. It is a platform for the artisans to work commonly under one roof. It can greatly assist handicraft artisans to take advantage of modern facilities which will help to achieve greater profitability along with improvement of their skill by providing different skill development training programmes to the artisans of Applique, Pattapainting craft, Terracotta, Brass & bell metal and stone craft.
